About us

Doing it right since 2000.

One Stop started with a simple idea: building work should be done properly, and hiring a contractor should be the easy part. Twenty-six years later, we still work that way.

How it started

Ben set out to do it better.

Ben started One Stop in 2000 because he believed the construction industry could do better by the people it works for. What homeowners want most from a contractor is someone they can trust, and Ben knew trust is earned one job at a time: by telling the truth, keeping every promise and making things right when something goes wrong.

The name says the rest: one company for the whole job, and one call to get it started. Since then, homeowners all over Florida have trusted One Stop with their homes. Ben is still part of the company today, overseeing jobs and estimates.

Today

Vlad carries it on.

Vlad now leads One Stop and continues the tradition Ben started. He has been in the industry since 2006: six years building high-rise and low-rise projects, then fourteen years in restoration and renovation.

In restoration he put homes back together after floods, fires and wind damage, and went on to build custom homes, additions and complete renovations. With twenty years in construction behind him, he runs One Stop the way Ben built it: one company, one call, done right.

[They] completed a 110 drywall sheet job in 4 days with precision and level 5 finish. What really impressed me was how his crew were professional, always right on time and left zero mess.

How we earn trust

What trust looks like on the job.

  • We listen first

We walk the space with you and hear what you want before we price anything.

  • We talk straight

Honest answers on cost, time and what’s possible, even when it isn’t what you hoped to hear.

  • Everything in writing

An itemized proposal with scope, price and schedule. Nothing starts until you’ve signed off.

  • We respect your home

Your floors and furniture protected, and the site kept clean.

  • We keep our word

One project manager answers for your job, and we show up when we say we will.

  • We make it right

A five-year warranty on everything we supply and install, materials and workmanship. If any part of the work isn’t right, we redo it at no cost.
